This guy is all about "if you're not perfect, or have a life history of perfection" you're just doomed to a miserable death! 😂
No sugar or flour or seed oils. This woman's advice to actually eat sugar is insane.
My mom died from heart disease and diabetes at only 68 years old. Now today my 36 year old brother was admitted to ICU for glucose level of 600. I don’t understand. I’m pretty healthy except I have epilepsy and high blood pressure. 🤷♀️ I could use to lose 30 lbs too but wow, I’m worried about my brother. He weighs about 370 lbs. I didn’t know much about diabetes to help my mom at the end. I understand heart disease. Do you have any advice?
So where or how do we research to find a proper doctor who understands these things in our state? Every doctor I’ve been to wants to prescribe be statin 😔. It’s frustrating to deal with. I’ve taken statin for a week and has bad side effects…headaches, muscle ache, nausea. I’ve told my regular doc, cardiologist, and an Endocrinologist, they all say take a lower dose 😩

Im thinking that infertility might be a good way to reduce the human overpopulation of the planet!😅 Obviously a signal that something is going wrong in our bodies, but might as well consider the possibility of a positive outcome 😅 And, of course, how many women of child bearing age have been on birth control for 10 or so years!
Why does the food in hospitals not only taste disgusting, it is disgusting and not only unhealthy but making sick?

Adding MSG to everything. MSG should be banned in America. MSG is not about preserving food its about making food addictive. Its actually a drug. Mix sugar with MSG and you have a vicious cycle.

If I’m understanding correctly..,“15 million” years ago when food was scarce, our genes adapted to increase uric acid for survival then all these years of abundance of food, why wouldn’t our bodies adapt to our current environment of abundance for survival?

Its so confusing when you dont give the units, my reports are in mmo/l and you are talking, I assume, mg/dl. So you say my triglyceride should be <100 but when I do that conversion its 5.6mmo/l and yet Im told it should be < 1.7 That's a huge difference! how can that be? I am trying to decide if to try statins or not and I have never come across such confusing information in my life with all these cross units

Dumb, dumb, dumb. You add bananas and strawberries then wonder about sugar spikes?!? You should not be evaluating sugar spikes and then claim that you are testing whether or not 'oatmeal' spikes sugar level. I'm astounded by how dumb this is. Impress me by eating a bowl of steel cut oats and nothing else, then measure your sugar levels.

Dr. Lustig has a conflict of interest which is that he is the owner of a fiber company that makes junk food “healthier.” It is hard to believe each of these 6 things are true. In my experience, too much fiber can cause constipation. Ask people with IBS what they eat and likely it is plenty of fiber, but not enough animal fats, collagen, and amino acids. Plus if you have abnormal gut flora, fiber will feed pathogenic microbes as much as the good bacteria, making the condition worse. I thought the fiber reduces colon cancer risk hypothesis was already debunked because of its source in faulty, observational science. Healthy bowel movements mean you are less likely to develop colon cancer, whether you are eating fiber or not.
Good afternoon. I am a Type 2 Diabetic that has taken Ozempic & Rybelsus for 3 short periods of time. Each time the 3 month $5000 insurance charge would bottom out my insurance causing me to quit. At this point Jardiance was suggested which I research and said no. I went back to Metformin and Pioglitazone, along with my Carvedilol and Spironolactone. BUT, I continued my research into all these drugs as well AND into other natural ways to attack my Type 2 issues. Since that time, I have learned of a death by Ozempic to a woman trying to lose weight for her daughter's wedding. I have also discovered some other natural things to use. By doing this I have reduced my blood pressure meds (Carvedilol) by 3/4 dosage. I have also reduced my Metformin dosage by 1/3. Still working on all of this. Personally...I don't want to be on these drugs for the rest of my life ! All of these drugs set you up for supporting BIG PHARMA for the rest of your life or kill you in the process. I have also gotten off bread, potatoes, sugar, and lost again the weight that I had lost with the Ozempic/Rybelsus. I have learned how to make bread with cottage cheese and red lentils but don't even make that very often. I also quit soft drinks! I occasionally drink Zevia now (still love that fizz...), but not very often. I'm sure you didn't want so much of this info but thought it went well with your interview...which I enjoyed. BTW...I've also got your book, GOOD ENERGY !
